Raglan Sunset Motel And Conference Venue

We enjoyed a lovely one night stay in a stylish room that was comfy and had a great shower. The outdoor BBQ and nice picnic area were perfect for relaxing with the family. Only thing was the parking was a bit tricky, but it didn't spoil our experience at all. 😊

It has magnificent and unbeatable position to everything you need in town.

it was in the very central location reasonably close to the centre of town. moreover, it's just next door to restaurants and pubs and all that the township of raglan has to offer.

Their staff were dirty.

The Twin Room with Bathroom provided a great base for exploring Raglan. The location's centrality made it easy to walk to cafes and shops. Beds offered super comfort, perfect for resting after a day out. I appreciated the communication. Receiving updates about our room's readiness by text was convenient. The outdoor courtyard was a nice touch, ideal for an evening BBQ. The spa pool was too hot to adjust, disappointing. The shower drains were clogged, leading to a flooded bathroom . Staff entered our room without knocking, causing some unease when we were unprepared. A bit more privacy would improve the experience significantly.

Booked a room with magnificent views to town. The bed was comfy, and it was convenient to have a microwave, coffee/tea making equipment and a refrigerator.

The room was spacious and clean, great to relax comfortably . We especially enjoyed the jacuzzi. Plus, the convenient courtyard with BBQ facilities made our evening hangouts enjoyable.

Very close to the town and all facilities. Easy access to the harbour and beach. Friendly people.

Wifi was not free as stated on the Booked.net website.

Its handy location - ie within walking distance to shops and restaurants, and beach.

Being a light sleeper, I would have preferred an upstairs room and away from the spa area as the pump seemed to go most of the night. Ear plugs would have sorted this had I thought about it. :)

Bed. It was well-equipped with a kitchenette, microwave, and more with great convenience. The hot tub was enjoyable. Service could have been warmer, as our interactions felt a bit formal and lacking engagement.

The two bedroom apartment we stayed in was perfect except a washer/dryer in the unit would have been nice and a few hooks for jackets in the downstairs would have been more convenient. It was very very clean and well organized and we recommend it highly!

My Mum and I found the motel very warm and relaxing. It was a good location so we were able to walk to the shops and to the water. We felt welcomed by the staff from when we arrived. Thank you!

My only comment would be this review form....Question 1: During your stay at the hotel, were you travelling as...? My Mum and I were taking a holiday together so the only option I had to tick was 'group' but we weren't a group.

Positive, Fantastic outdoor BBQ and spa! The twin room was super comfy with great decor and a functional kitchen. We loved being only a short walk from downtown. The free laundry machine was a big plus for our family too 😊

Man was very helpful and friendly on our arrival.

Fire siren going off in the early morning. Thought that lady in the office on our departure could do with some customer service training.
